Dr. Accetta is one of the most caring, kind doctor in bakersfield. He always answered all my questions. did my c-section last week and did an amazing job doesn't even look like i had surgery. I would recommend him to everyone.
I came with my mother a few months back looked like a nice place unlike a clinic, wrong its just like one. You get there early wait forever, get called in wait some more, the Dr Helliwell comes in says hello but with no personality just dry like he's bored, attends my mom and walks out , while my mom is with the nurse I go to the restroom see how he talks to one of his employees what a jerk, very unprofessional I'm surprised that girl didn't cry. I was so blessed to be referred here some 5 years ago. Dr Keene is such a wonderful caring young lady and Amber her assistant is just as sweet. Thank you all for doing such an amazing job. Sometime these types of appointments can be humiliating on the part of a patient because, well God made us women with parts that age with us and we don't know what the heck is going on , but you have always made me feel nothing but trust again for doctors, not all but I do trust you because you we answer to the same BOSS.
I can't put into words how much I am both grateful and blessed to have Dr. Kaneen as my OB/GYN!! She is a beautiful person inside and out and much more than a doctor, she's a friend. On numerous occasions she and her staff Amber, have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs!! The whole office treats you with respect, dignity and compassion! The staff at AWHC is amazing. The ladies at the front desk were always very courteous, and the medical assistants friendly. Dr Helliwell was my OB for the majority of my last pregnancy, and I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate his kindness and support. He always asked how I was doing, genuinely listened to my concerns, was very straightforward in his explanations.
