The wait is long 1.5+ hours just to see the doc for less than 5 minutes. Staff is not mindful with their patients. What’s the purpose of having an appointment if they are not going to honor it?!?
RecommendedDr Helliwell I wouldn't have do it without you thanks so much .Dr Helliewll and his stuff have been caring for me since I got pregnant till I delivered my baby on the 13th . I was in so much pain yet I felt so comfortable when I saw dr Helliwell in the delivery room and after delivery didnt feel too much pain . I recommend AWHC to anyone and I will be back again with my next pregnancy if am still in Bakersfield !!!!!!!
Loved Dr Accetta but when he left I got the runaround from advanced women’s health about where to find him. Unprofessional, won’t go back. Dr Accetta is at yu medical group on Brimhall and Calloway now, by the way!
I love Dr Kaneen and her medical staff. They actually listen and direct you to great advice. I totally recommend them. I’ll be back.
I highly recommend Advanced Women's Health Care, especially Dr Helliwell, Dr Helliwell has cared for me and was guided me through my treatment and procedures. Not only do I trust him with my care, but two of my adult daughters see him. Dr Helliwell cared for my daughter's miracle pregnancy and delivered a baby girl! Thank You Dr Helliwell and AWHC for your care and professionalism. This office is truly on point in every way👍

I see dr Accetta. Him and Priscilla are the best. I’ve always felt very comfortable and my visits up til delivery were great! Dr Accetta delivered my last 2 and the experience was great as well.
I love dr.helliwell & all his staff team😁 i highly recommend him..he delivered my daughter & i loved the experience he was there on time & very professional..my husband and i really like the way he treats us every time we go..
I see Dr. Helliwell , I have loved my experience with him for the last two years. He was my doctor for general women’s health, and when I became pregnant he was my OBGYN. He really takes the time to sit with you and talk about your concerns and questions. His office staff has always been very accommodating and friendly. I never wait longer than 10-15 minutes when I visit the office. The office has their own ultrasound technicians as well , so it’s very convenient.
