I visited this office as a new patient for a routine well-woman exam. While the clinical staff was pleasant, the administrative and billing process was frustrating and misleading. Administration & Billing: I was not told about a lengthy paperwork packet beforehand, which took an hour to complete during my lunch break. Unfortunately I was a patient couple of weeks ago and I am glad now I am not .
Advanced women’s Health in my opinion is the best OB you could go to here in Bakersfield. They have been the most accommodating since I became a patient with appointments and needs. I recommend any woman who needs a professional helpful doctor to come here.
I had a very negative experience with the front desk staff at this OB office. The behavior I encountered was shockingly rude and unprofessional, especially for a medical practice that works with pregnant patients who may already be feeling stressed or vulnerable. The staff member at the front desk was dismissive, spoke in a condescending tone, and acted as though answering basic questions was an inconvenience.
