I had numerous medical issues. I consulted the doctor, who ordered tests. His response was that the results were normal, and I was deemed fine. A year later, ( because my severe symptoms never went away) a medical professional in Los Angeles diagnosed me with menopause and provided proper treatment and medication!

front desk staff is extremely unhelpful. Her voice tone is very unfriendly. Male doctor made me uncomfortable and wrongly diagnosed me.

I visited this office as a new patient for a routine well-woman exam. While the clinical staff was pleasant, the administrative and billing process was frustrating and misleading. Administration & Billing: I was not told about a lengthy paperwork packet beforehand, which took an hour to complete during my lunch break. This included a mandatory arbitration agreement I was told I "had to sign" to be seen. Furthermore, the receptionist was pushy and argumentative about a $40 copay for a preventive visit.
