Chloe was admitted Jan 31st with hyperthyroidism diagnosis. Thanks to Dr. Broome it was found Chloe's thyroid was almost completely normal and it was too soon for any kind of treatment. The staff was wonderful; kind and caring to a nervous mother. I'm so grateful for having been referred here. For those worried about leaving their pet: relax! They genuinely love animals and Chloe was fine during her brief stay.

Sadly, I dont have a good review to write. My Keifer was admited in October. Keifer was required to stay the full 7 days. I logged into the kitty cam multiple times a day, and noticed on at least 3 occasions that the camera was shut off 90 minutes or so before the end of "visitations", leaving me to wonder how he was doing, and whether his water bowl was full. There was an evening prior where I had to insist via email that his water bowl was nearing empty, and lights were a...Continue Reading

Dr. Broome called last night to confirm Boo did in fact have small thyroid tumors that were caught early and would be transported to Tustin this morning. I got a call from ... read more

Thank you so much, Dr. Broome and staff for making R.C. so comfortable and for making me feel so much better knowing that, while he is away from me for so many days, he is in great hands with such great people who truly care and treat him as if he were their own cat. :-)

It was so hard to take our boy so far away and leave him- but I was so impressed with how well we were treated and how he was treated. I had full confidence this was the best place he could be. He looks great now, gained his weight back and recovered.
