Excellent customer care from Mark, a pleasure to deal with, Mark has given me a first class customer experience with his knowledge in the car we were interested in, he went the extra mile and we were always looked after whether it was information we needed or just an update.
Big shout out to Scott, bought a pick up from him over a year and a half ago, just rang him as I couldn’t find paperwork for service history as I’m now selling the vehicle. Called him up and he searched high and low and contacted previous garages to track down the service history, he then emailed over the full service history the same day, what a guy, now that’s customer service for you
Do not use! Initial contact was great, owned the car less than a year and 8 have contacted the salesman scott multiple times and been ignored every time, only wanting an answer on some work he had carried out before I bought the car. Very disappointing after what initially seemed to be different to most salesmen
