I got there forty five minutes early for my scheduled appointment. After I checked in I was told the the surgeon doing my procedure will be in three hrs later. After waiting an hour and half they squeezed me in between with another surgeon not the one my doctor referred me too and had my consultation. They are not professional.
Front desk associate Wanda act like she is in a cartel no type of politeness no smile just rude and have a Stank face can’t ask her any questions get easily irritated tries to give people a hard time ! Like girl u work in the front desk smile a little this isn’t a cartel your job is literally CUSTOMER SERVICE not that hard.
My name is Yibeltal Yismaw, and I had a colonoscopy procedure scheduled for March 13, 2025, at 9:45 AM. I would have gladly given a 5-star rating in appreciation of the doctor and the rest of the staff. However, I was deeply disappointed by the nurse who escorted me from the reception to the procedure room and initially checked my blood pressure. They are not professional people. I had to cancel my appointment for colonoscopy due to moving so I called up to cancel and they told me since it’s not 3 days prior to the procedure I have to pay a cancellation fee of $100 I really don’t understand what kind of the policy you choose to rip of people they called me up from billing department and told me if I don’t pay I can not have this procedure done ?!!!!
