My name is Yibeltal Yismaw, and I had a colonoscopy procedure scheduled for March 13, 2025, at 9:45 AM. I would have gladly given a 5-star rating in appreciation of the doctor and the rest of the staff. However, I was deeply disappointed by the nurse who escorted me from the reception to the procedure room and initially checked my blood pressure. They are not professional people. I had to cancel my appointment for colonoscopy due to moving so I called up to cancel and they told me since it’s not 3 days prior to the procedure I have to pay a cancellation fee of $100 I really don’t understand what kind of the policy you choose to rip of people they called me up from billing department and told me if I don’t pay I can not have this procedure done ?!!!! An insane amount of surprise bills. At my procedure I was told it was a one time payment of $250 for the procedure. Then I got another bill for the anesthesia, I thought ok maybe that makes sense. I've gotten 2 more bills $100+ each after that. Absolutely insane.
