Very friendly and fabulous! It was a complicated move that I was doing on behalf of my parents and Mal and the team were amazing. They even did us a video call when they had emptied the property to put my parents' minds at rest as they were with me prior to the move. That was above and beyond. Thank you all.
Excellent experience. Mel and Dan did a wonderful job and were very friendly and professional. There were a few curveballs in the day (getting stuck in our muddy drive, and my poor directions) but they didn't get phased and did everything with a smile and great attitude. Highly recommended
I cannot fault this company from quote and house visit to removal of our home to storage. Neil,Tom,Jonno and Mark arrived on time and didn't stop till the job was done. They were polite,professional and nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely organised and protected all our furniture. They worked like trojans and emptied our 3 bed, including garage and shed contents in no time. Finished just after lunch. Really professional. 5/5 would highly recommend. They packaged and stored my items in a very professional and friendly manner. Moving is very stressful and they went out of their way to make it the least stressful and were very accommodating. Highly recommend. Update - 14/10 Redelivery. Still a 5/5 highly recommend. The redelivery team Paul and Dan made it work even with the big sofa that the neighbours told them wouldn't come up! They were my heroes!
