I called Andrew in a moment of desperation. I purchased a brand new bakery production from the EU line, and one of the ovens was dead. Being less than one week away from opening, I couldn't count on the service or warranty. I've made the call Saturday morning, and I was lucky enough when Andrew, one of the owners, answered. He was on his way to Glasgow, but he assured me that on his way back on Monday, he would come straight to my shop.
