So much for patient care. After years of going here it has been less and less focused on the patient. Culminated today with notice as I pulled into the parking lot that my appointment was cancelled and no one would even be able to take a call until they reopen Monday. I run out of medication before Monday, as they are well aware. I guess patients are less important than a little snow.
Stephanie has been a godsend. She helps with my chronic pain management. I hate having to live with pain and hate the medication more. She’s s good listener and I come out of there knowing that she has compassion for what I’m going through.
Followed my PA to this office and would have followed her to any office, she is that good. Cathy Breen is warm, funny and has this great attitude. Knows so much about how to deal with inflammation in your body which has helped me tremendously. Congrats to APC for enticing her to your place.
My back feels like it gets worse by the second but Dr. Dennis and his staff at the round rock location are amazing and have been there for me while go through ablations and injections. I honestly only have wonderful things to say about them. Dr. Dennis's PA Anthony has been great in finding someway for me to get rest at night, to Deb who has been my angel of surgical nurse, always smiling and cheerful, to Rob my anesthesiologist who delivers thee best cocktails, ha ha, to the recovery nurses, I don't remember there names, I'... read more
