The staff has treated me ok
Recommended⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely friendly staff. I have been having Dr Malone doing procedures on me for 5 years. Dr Malone is the first Dr that actually listened to me and what is going on in my crazy spine. I hopefully just had my last surgical procedure at Round Rock Surgery Center. Advanced Pain Care has really grown. I wish only the Best for Dr Malone and his amazing staff!!
Every appointment has been rescheduled since coming here 6 months ago. Excuse after excuse. Today’s Appointment was rescheduled twice and my appointment was at 11:40. It’s now 12:33 and I’m still waiting on the doctor. If I were this late they would charge me

Awful patient care in Cedar Park! It took 5 days to get in to see a doctor. Then another 3-1/2 days before their office ever requested a pre-approval for an MRI that was scheduled for 7am on Monday (6 days after my appointment)!! Now, due to their inability to get this done in a timely manner, the MRI will have to be pushed back another 2 days. Mind you, my back went out 8 days ago and it’s getting worse by the day.
