Awesome place and the Drs and staff are AMAZING.
I just want to say l am a patient in the Killeen Clinic, l am always so happy to see Ms. BOBBI @ the front desk, l just sit and watch her interaction with the patients, she takes her time to make sure all of their needs are meet. So much for patient care. After years of going here it has been less and less focused on the patient. Culminated today with notice as I pulled into the parking lot that my appointment was cancelled and no one would even be able to take a call until they reopen Monday. I run out of medication before Monday, as they are well aware. I guess patients are less important than a little snow.
Stephanie has been a godsend. She helps with my chronic pain management. I hate having to live with pain and hate the medication more. She’s s good listener and I come out of there knowing that she has compassion for what I’m going through.
