This place is terrible! I can never make an appointment, because they're too busy transferring me everywhere. I was told to wait for someone to call me to make said appointment. Two weeks later, nothing. So, I started to call. Only to get transfered to a voice-mail every time. And never get called back..Only reason I opted to go here was so I didn't have to deal with Scott and White. I will be going somewhere else from now on. Should have just dealt with Scott and White....
Seems like a bunch of uneducated reject doctors if you ask me. I've seen 3 different ones, and 2 different nurse practioners to no avail. It's what I imagine a methadone clinic would look like - cold and creepy. Pee in a cup, cattle line to the bathroom, then wait outside for the nurse to bring your script and your on your way. No thanks!
I have been a patient with the Waco clinic for about 4 months and must say that I am very satisfied with both the administrative, and medical staff at this clinic.Both, Dr. Martincheck, and the Nurse Practitioner who I see every month have impressed me with their professionalism. Although I do not look forward to any additional pain, I do believe that if this happens I am in very good hands. I have referred this clinic in the past and will continue to do so.
