I have had only really good experiences with all the Round Rock staff; I was initially put off a bit my some reviews (on Yelp, especially) but those people must have been in a real bad mood. I have loved Dr. Michaud, the NP, Shagupta, all the other folks I have encountered.
Dr. Higginbotham was recommended to me by my Neurosurgeon. Nothing but good things to say about him.
When it comes to pain management this is the people that will get the job done.

Every appointment has been rescheduled since coming here 6 months ago. Excuse after excuse. Today’s Appointment was rescheduled twice and my appointment was at 11:40. It’s now 12:33 and I’m still waiting on the doctor. If I were this late they would charge me

Awful patient care in Cedar Park! It took 5 days to get in to see a doctor. Then another 3-1/2 days before their office ever requested a pre-approval for an MRI that was scheduled for 7am on Monday (6 days after my appointment)!! Now, due to their inability to get this done in a timely manner, the MRI will have to be pushed back another 2 days. Mind you, my back went out 8 days ago and it’s getting worse by the day. I can barely move, and that’s on the pain meds and muscle relaxers that were prescribed. I would NEVER recomme... read more
