The CNA, who cared for my mother who suffered from dementia, worked 40 hours a week for several years. She was an angel. If it was her I was reviewing I would give 5 stars. However the agency, which collected a large portion of the $32/hour fee, was not what was expected. We were told a nurse would come to the house on a regular basis to check on mom and assess her needs. That rarely happened. The billing department was disorganized. Communication wasn't great. I have been using the services of Advanced Nursing Home & Care for about a year with needs changing on occasion. I'm not sure how we would have gotten through this year without their help. The office has been easy to work with - as I needed additional caregivers getting additional personnel there quickly. We've had some exceptional caregivers and on the rare occasion that one wasn't a good fit - a quick phone call or email and the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in need.
