I have struggled with my weight most of my life and after seeing Andy I have managed to get out of bad habits and quickly seen an improvement in my weight and mental health. After my first 2 sessions I had lost around 7lbs. My mindset is a lot more positive and I have lots of motivation to do things I normally wouldn’t do. 10/10 would recommend

Andy Holmes is an excellent Hypnotherapist and all round positive and professional guy. I had been biting my nails for 25 year + and Im 38. I stopped biting them after 1 session and its been roughly 7 weeks. I went for 5 sessions for various things. We all go to the gym to improve our bodies, tone up, build muscle.
