I was from out of town when I went with Advanced Home Inspections and I was more than satisfied with the work that James did as he gave me a detailed description of the home I was purchasing and piece of mind in moving forward on making the house we were getting inspected our home!

James did an awesome job inspecting a property which I am looking to buy. He was extremely thorough, he explained what he was doing as he did the inspection, and he did a great job explaining the issues he found and the potential consequences in layman's terms.
