James was a great inspector. He was thorough in his searching, honest about everything he found, very knowledgeable about the various house systems, and even included pictures and diagrams in his reports so that when we looked at them later we knew exactly what he was describing. He had quick appointments and was very reasonably priced. Advanced Home Inspections saved us from purchasing a home that had significant defects that would have had extremely expensive repair costs. These defects were not visually obvious to anyone but James found them. He was very thorough and not hesitant to climb up or down or crawl into attics and crawl spaces to find everything...and then spend the time to explain what he found. We called him in to do the inspection on another house that we ended up buying and felt confident and informed in our purchase.
Loved loved loved Advanced Home Inspection!!!! Friendly, went out of his way to explain things to us! Helped us decide that our "dream home" would have been a nightmare!!! He was more indepth then the appraiser. And the appraiser cost more!!! And husbands he even lets you play with his toys!!! Lol
