RecommendedJames recently completed a home inspection/radon test for me and I would hire him again if I ever needed another one. He was so thorough and explained what he found so well! My seller wasn't the most stable person to work with and James handled the situation well. When he went to the house to complete the inspection the seller told him to leave. Very thorough and friendly, I was able to be there during the later parts of the inspection and James explained everything he had already found and continued to find, as well as why they were an issue.
