RecommendedWe went with Advanced Home Inspections on a recommendation and were very pleased with their work. I was so impressed with James. We hired him to do a pre inspection before listing our home and he went through with a fine tooth comb. He was also great about explaining any concerns as he went. We were able to share the report with the new buyers which made both us and them comfortable. It had made our sale go much quicker and smoother. Also, we paid less than what we paid 15 years ago and I know James was much more thorough!
