James was so professional, timely, and communicated with both myself as the buyer and the sellers to make sure arrangements for the inspection would go smoothly. He was so thorough - definitely will use again!
We hired Advanced Home Inspections LLC to conduct a radon test of our new condo. He completed the test and not only emailed us the results, but immediately called us after sending the results to follow up and see if we had any questions on the results. He also completed the home inspection on the condo. In both instances he was very thorough. Friends of ours recommended James to come do our home inspection. He looked at everything and was at the house for a little over 3 hours. He checked everything and let us know about anything we should know about right away instead of waiting for the report. He was very friendly and did a great job. I would 100% recommend having James do your inspection if you are looking for someone to really look into everything on your property.
