DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Never known such a rude individual in my whole life. Came to fix a radiator valve drained the system and left it with air in didn't bother doing anything to resolve it. My dad is 74 currently battling cancer and has been left cold with no downstairs radiators. When I contacted this man he was rude and abrasive and mocked my elderly dad. Totally disgusting and if I could I would leave him a 0
Do not use this company under any circumstances. Left my 74year old dad with no heating. Done a simple job, changing radiator valve and left loads of air in the system and refused to sort it leaving my dad freezing cold

Fortunately Tony had recorded a YouTube video of how to solve that problem and I was able to reach out and get their expertise. Tony was friendly, polite, respectful right from the outset and kept us informed of what was required and also the completive costs.
