Really nice place. The staff were friendly and the procedure was painless and quick.
I had to get two root canals. One in a tooth which had a hidden root and was already crowned. I hate going to the dentist! This place was amazing! Very caring staff, great dentist (Dr. Hansen), and lots of great ways to make it through the procedure. They gave me an iPod with my favorite music, turned on the gas, and I was done before I knew it. Would definitely go back!
I just left their office after having my first root canal- nervous, but Dr. Hansen and the staff was patience and very reassuring. I never fallen asleep in a dentist chair. I took my blanket, and was given head phones to listen to some gospel music. I barely felt the shot that Dr. Hansen gave me....Best dentist visit I've had. These dentists in the Tri-cities are the best! Thank you Mid-Columbia for this referral. God continue to bless the staff at both locations. Highly recommend!
The staff was awesome. Very attentive to my needs and friendly. I received excellent dental care and Dr. Wurch was amazing. I feel great!
The team at AEC was amazing, from the front desk to the assistant to the Dr. They were able to get me in same day and made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout my visit 😊😊😊
