Dr Hansen was awesome. I have had root canals done at other places. I was dreading today. However, he made it as painless as possible. He spoke to me and explained what he was doing as he did it. This helped with my anxiety. Bekah and Diana made sure I was comfortable and kept checking on me. Thank you for making my experience positive. If I need another root canal, I will be back.
I had a root canal today and have had a few previously. The staff at this office is so friendly and professional that they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Dr. Muerch and his assistant, Rachel, were very informative about the treatment plan and kept me updated throughout the procedure. The office was running a little behind, so they kindly compensated me with a Starbucks gift card for the wait. Kindest, cleanest office I've ever been to. Great customer service, very professional. Dr. Wuerch was amazing with my root canal - told me what to expect and timeline. I appreciated that.
I am really impressed by AEC. Last week they got me in same day for an evaluation and was able to schedule one week later for a root canal. The front desk staff is very friendly and easy to work with (Brielle is the only name I remember- but she was friendly and, side note, has the most beautiful hair!!). WOW WOW WOW If I could give this team 10 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went in yesterday for an emergency root canal, and they squeezed me in late and took care of me same day. I was in a lot of pain and having a really rough day, and I’m so incredibly grateful they made time for me. Bekah was absolutely incredible from the first phone call through check-in.
