My stepdad, who is 84 years old and living on a fixed income, was referred to Advanced Endodontic Care by his dentist. Since he does not have dental insurance, cost was a major concern from the very beginning, and we made that clear when scheduling the appointment. Nobody looks forward to needing a root canal, I’ve had had 2 now and both experiences at Advanced Endodontic Care is always far better than I expect. Sarah in billing was warm, friendly, and made the payment process painless. I was really impressed watching Julia and Dr. Hansen work together from under the safety glasses as they moved fluid like with all the tools that it took to do my root canal. I had a referral for root canal . I got the call same day and was able to get in very quickly which was a relief . The office building is beautifull with nice views of Columbia . Front staff was very helpful and informative. Things which are mechanical like signing forms etc felt so personal that I was the only person that mattered at that time . Well this was my first visit to see this Endodontist and he did awesome - no pain and in and out in an hour! Thank you Dr Hansen and thank you to your cute Hygienist! I will go back definitely when needed!
