My tooth pain was UNBEARABLE! They took me in immediately after showing up and got me numb and prepped for the root canal and done all within one hour. They made me feel comfortable and they were so professional. Dr. Hansen & his assistant are more than awesome! & the whole entire building was beautiful & very clean! Thank you again. ♥️ highly recommended!
Advanced Endodonic Care was certainly worth the 3 hour drive I had made! The dentist was very quick and gentle and the staff was hilarious! They helped me calm down and were incredibly reassuring. I really appreciate all that they have done for me! If you’re referred here but you’re hesitant because it’s far, it’s worth the drive trust me!

I was having a problem with tooth pain and was able to see Dr. Hansen within a few hours with a referral call from my local dentist. Everyone I encountered at the office was kind, friendly and helpful. I was treated with honest, understandable, compassionate advice from Dr. Hansen with state of the art imaging and understanding. My thanks to everyone who helped me today.
They worked on my root canal only in a timely manner and got me in fast since it was a emergency. Highly recommend this place 👍🏻

Dr. Wretch and is Staff is amazing! They did such a great job taking care of me. And their beautiful office has the best view in tri-cities! I felt so calm and relaxed. Wonderful experience!
I was pretty nervous about my procedure, but Dr. Hansen and the staff were EXTREMELY kind, accommodating, and gracious. A blanket, some cranked-up music in headphones, and a little extra help from nitrous oxide had me COMPLETELY comfortable the whole time! I am SO grateful for their wonderful care.❤️😁 Thank you all SO MUCH!!
I highly recommend AEC to everyone. I've been there a few times so they know me pretty good. The receptionists are very friendly when you enter the office, talk to them on the phone, and overall are great. I see Dr. Hansen and his team. I have severe anxiety and they have made every appointment about me, making sure I'm comfortable, hold my hand, and are very patient with me. The best Endodontist and team ever.
