Dental Assistant Carson had a calming demeanor that helped me relax before my procedure. Dental Assistant Rachel ensured I was comfortable with neck pillows and earphones to listen to music of my choice during procedure. She went above standard with lubricant on my lips and a bite block for extra comfort of my mouth. Dr. Hansen was very professional and personable as he gave detailed information about what to expect before, during, and after procedure. Never a fun place to go, but the Dentist and assistants here are great! They make you relaxed and comfortable and get their work done quickly.
Probably my best experience in a medical facility! Julia was very sweet, I was given a blanket, neck pillow, and music! Dr Hansen did a great job and I’m very satisfied with my experience:)
Dr. Hawkins and his assistant Rachel were absolutely top notch! Very efficient and careful. They were funny as hell to boot! TBH, for having to have a surprise root canal in the middle of my workday it was actually a wonderful experience. Thanks so much!
