What a great place for a root canal! Nice facility, competent and caring staff, great Dr. I was very nervous but there was no need..... very gentle and informative. With a 70 year old mouth, I will be seeing them again. Sigh.
Great experience, had an emergency and they were very considerate in getting meet in the schedule and taking care of me as promptly as they could. Great service and great first experience with this office.
It makes me very sad to say this because I have always had wonderful experiences here. But all the other times, my insurance paid my bill in full. This last time, I was told there was no balance and then two months later was surprised by a HUGE bill that I could not pay all at once. The people in the office have not been easy to work with at all, even though I have made consistent and timely payments. They were so concerned about money, that compassion has gone by the wayside. I wish I had hundreds of dollars to pay my bill ... read more
My first root canal and I was pretty scared as dental procedures freak me out, but Dr Hansen did a great job of explaining everything to me and suggested to help, I do the nitrous oxide. The staff is wonderful and took great care of me during the procedure. Before I knew it, they were waking me as I'd fallen asleep! Best experience ever! Highly recommend!! Thanks AEC!!
Had a wonderful experience here. Yesterday morning my regular dentist told me I needed a root canal as I woke up with a swollen jaw the day before. Not only was I able to get my root canal taken care of the same day but the care I received by Dr Hansen & his colleague Collin was excellent. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure, gave me a blanket, pillow and an IPod for music. I appreciated them explaining everything before hand as well as they were working. I got sick in the chair and they were very kind about it. They even gave me a treat. I appreciated their kindness and friendliness.
