Had a great experience here would highly recommend them.
Discovered I needed a root canal prior to a visit back to Kennewick from out-of-state this week. Dr. Hawkins and ALL of the staff here are wonderful. I was apprehensive about the procedure, but from the moment I arrived everyone was wonderful!! Dr. Hawkins did some tests to be certain the right tooth had been determined by my dentist in TN, which I appreciated! My experience with Dr. Hawkins and his staff was phenomenal. I am a wimp when it comes to dentist and pain, so I was ready to bite the bullet and endure but, the staff put me at easy and Dr. Hawkins treated me with kid gloves. I hardly felt anything! Thanks for a good experience with my root canal and I will, no doubt, be back.
Highly recommend! I definitely don't feel like I had a root canal today!!
Fast, good, courteous, friendly, helpful and thorough. The laughing gas helped mom a lot! :)
