This was my first root canal and Dr. Wuerch set the bar. I wouldn't go so far to say it was fun but, it was pleasant. The office was what a professional office should be. Hospitable, modern, clean, efficient with every step of the short visit explained to me. Dr. Wuerch has great skills, using state of the art equipment and technology. He related with his staff in a way that said he honored and appreciated who they were and what they brought to the room. As a former OR nurse I appreciated all of the experience.

They were awesome!!!!! I had to bring my 5&7 year old with me and the girls at the front desk watched them while Dr Hanson worked on my teeth. I honestly could go on and on. They had me so comfortable, I felt like I was at the spa. Lol

I could not have had a better experience!! They were very accommodating and worked me in late as an emergency and the staff was GREAT!! Collin, you are the best! I hope one day you can get Shania's autograph for real . Everyone says root canals are scary, painful, etc; but the staff was very professional and caring, explaining everything a long the way. I would recommend Advanced Endodontic Care at the highest rating!!

On a level of 1-10 on anxiety going to the dentist my anxiety sits about a 15. The entire staff put my mind at ease. Dr Wuerch put me completely at ease.after taking a Xanax I'm sitting in the lobby waiting to go back for my root canal and have ZERO fear. Amazing!!!

absolutely loved everyone at this office! I was so nervous when my dentist told me I needed a root canal! I get so nervous whenever I got to the dentist because I've had some bad experience! I've also always had bad luck with my teeth! Amy the doctors assistant was awesome! She told me everything I asked and was very honest about the procedure! Nearly 40 years ago a botched absessed root canal by a dentist who lost his license not only put me in the hospital for 10 days, 7 in intensive care fighting for my life and leaving me with a severe fear/phobia was put to rest by ALL of you at Avanced Endodonic Care! I would like to thank everyone who assited me at Advanced Endodontic Care. I was terrified about having to go in for a root canal due to a previous dental experience which traumatized me. From the time I set my appointment in which I heard the front desk secretary calling people to ask how they were doing I saw how caring they were. This is a wonderful group of caring and professional individuals. They make a potentially stressful situation better in their state of the art office with a staff that goes above and beyond to assure patients needs are met. My only negative was a 45 minute wait after my scheduled appointment time. My suggestion would be to just let your patients know when you are running behind.
