Just had a root canal done and they were awesome! Cranked up some jams and easy peasy! Very professional staff! Not that I want to have another root canal ever, but I would totally come back here!!
It’s kind of weird to say I enjoyed what I just went through considering it was a root canal. First off the facilities are beautiful. Everything was so professional and welcoming. From the reception to meeting the assistant and then meeting the Dr. who performed the root canal. I’m not going to say I will be back. LOL, but if I ever need another root canal this is where I’m coming. Thanks for everything.
My husband found out yesterday that he needed a root canal 🦷 and was referred to Advanced Endodontic. Amazing team! Wow! I’m so impressed! They got him in right away and they are super friendly! He was very gentle and very fast! I’m so glad they are here in Walla Walla.
Efficiency is my favorite thing on earth and this place was super efficient from the moment I walked in the door. Every staff member I encountered was professional and kind. They were more than happy to entertain my 3 year old during my appt, and he actually asked to go back "because the ladies are so so nice". Dr Hansen was wonderful to work with and the root canal was painless and quick. I would most definitely recommend this office to anyone needing a root canal.
I have had to have not one, but TWO root canals over the past few months. Dr. Hansen did the first one and Dr. Wuerch did the second. These two experiences convinced me that root canals have gotten a rum rap. Both procedures were done well, with little pain (either during or after), and in less time than I was expecting. The doctors and their assistants were great. I'd still rather be out sailing on the river than looking at it from their chair, but if I have to have another root canal, I'd gladly go back to AEC.
I was referred to Advanced endodontic care by my local dentist. Honestly I wasn't happy about having to drive to Kennewick to get a root canal but such is life. With that being said the staff here definitely made my visit worthwhile and enjoyable! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted promptly and instructed what I needed to do next. Advanced Endodontics did an exceptional Job doing a root canal on a very tough spot for me. They were able to finish the whole process in a little less then an hour. Dr. Hansen and his assistants were beyond amazing and really made me feel comfortable. Anyone having pain and needing pain relief fast Advanced is your place for great R.C care you won’t regret it.
