If I could give this business negative 5 stars I would and it’s for the front desk employees. The one star is simply because I couldn’t leave this review without choosing one smh. I didn’t even get the chance to see a doctor due to the young ladies I encountered over the phone at the Rockville location and in person at the Greenbelt location (which isn’t even listed on the website). Just answer the phone to tell them to wait, I've been trying to make an appointment for two days and it doesn't help.
Why? Everyone is right about the long wait and poor customer service, that's all true. But that's okay, the Doctor was great and the actual care I was provided was good. I was surprised by seeing all the awful reviews that there wouldn't be a single positive thing to say. Ok, so why the 1 star? The billing. My appointment was in June of 2025. I've spent literal hours talking to my insurance and their billing department. I keep getting sent bills for out-of-network payments, but they are in network — my insurance confirmed it... read more
There's absolutely no reason why this office is run like a market and has people waiting for more than an hour to see a doctor! Do better!! It's 2025, have RESPECT for people's time!
