RecommendedI can not tell you how amazing the staff is here. they treated us with compassion and care. They explained everything stel by step. and made sure I was going home knowing what to expaext and how to deal with it. Amazing care I couldn't if asked for anything better at 9pm at night.

We had to take our dog, Isabella, here last night. It was the first time we used this facility. It was recommended to us by our regular vet at Hales Corners. The staff members were so nice and took great care of our dog. Thank you! By the way, the meds are helping Isabella! :) She is back to her normal self today!
Got here a around 5:15. Got sent to room 3 at 5:30 and have been sitting here ever since. Finally had to go see if they’d forgotten about us. Thankfully my dog isn’t bleeding profusely. After going out to reception to inquire how much longer the vet tech came and got Khione. They shaved her wounds and cleaned them out and gave us something for pain. Where do I begin? I first came to this place a few days ago for two kitties that got sick from a plant I didn't realize was toxic (Oriental Lilies, whole plant is extremely toxic to cats!). I actually brought them in each separately about 6 hours apart. This vet clinic put my girlfriend and I at ease about everything. They were able to put both kitties on the same bill, and it was much lower than we thought it would be. Incompent. Misdiagnosed my dog and take no responsibility for it. Recommended surgery for him and all he had was a strained muscle. Get a 2nd opinion ALWAYS. Do not trust these vets! There are several much better vets and emergency vets in the area.
All about the money. Took my dog here and was told after almost no tests that she was experiencing heart failure. $200 later she sent us on our way with a death sentence. Went to our regular vet and found out she was heartworm positive. Was told that was absolutely the first test they should have done.A $20 test could have saved us $200 and a week of suffering for my dog. Terrible place, will never go back.
