When our already chronically ill senior cat had a medical emergency Thursday night, we turned to Mayfair, and when he was admitted for 48 hours we were there at least 6 times for check ins, along with countless phone calls for updates and advice. Every technician and multiple doctors were incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and comforting. They laid out options, cost, recommendations, and support at every turn. Love, love, LOVE. Compassion, considerate, kind. Go there with any issues. You get the truth and with good delivery. I’m very impressed. I was a hot mess and they helped me make the right choice for my fur baby, when very distressed. I asked to talk to the doctor like 4/5 times an not a flinch. Not a sigh, just compassion.

Our cat was showing obvious visible symptoms of diabetes we didn’t recognize. They didn’t suggest it as a possibility even after we complained that she wasn’t improving from our first visit. We took her elsewhere for a second opinion and she was diagnosed upon sight and confirmed two days later by blood test. When I called to question why this was never suggested or noted by her appearance and behavior, my call was not returned. When I sent an email, I got no response. Our three pets went there for years. I came in with my injured cat and the staff at Mayfair Animal Hospital were the most kind and caring animal caregivers I’ve ever experienced. They were so thoughtful and understanding of my feelings and treated my Luna like they have known and loved her, her whole life. ❤️
