RecommendedMy vet tech Ashley was amazing! So polite and professional. Very relaxed and knowledgeable in everything she said. She kept myself calm along with the two small children I had with me. Doctor Elliot was very smiley and quick with the right solution to my problem with my dog. Our visit went very quick. We were seen immediately and my dog was treated within minutes. Pricing was extremely affordable and I wasn’t pressured for further testing/vaccines than needed. Thank you Mayfair Animal Hospital!!!!

I just had to put down my fox red lab that was my best friend for 15 years, that alone was terrible and I went to Mayfair because I have heard good things. Unfortunately that was not my case. I had asked for an ink paw print to be done and they told me that unfortunately that step was missed. I trusted these people with my dogs body that he would get cremated and returned back to me with his ink paw print, which I specifically asked for. However that request was not done. As discussed in our phone conversations, we’d also like to refund the cremation costs as a good faith gesture. While we understand this does not absolve the mistake, we do take responsibility for it and are doing what we can to make amends.
Took in my puppy.... they charged me $700 for tests that they said were completely normal or they couldn’t use to figure out what was wrong and I needed to go to another clinic... why didn’t they tell me to go there in the first place? They have no imaging from the ultrasounds they did and were not very kind... their immediate reaction was to tell me to put the puppy down... cold, rude, not at all compassionate, uninformed, overall a useless visit and waste of $700. 0/10

how I was able to walk in and have my cat see with a reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and greeted me as I came in and how the doctor told me what was going to be done and the price range was reasonable.
