One star is the minimum I can give, otherwise it would be a zero. this company I have been with and regret the decision to join them the company don't have a clue how to deal with customers. I've had a member of the accounts/direct debit team ask me to borrow money from a family member and or a loan l to pay the bill after a bereavement absolutely disgusting customer service, I've had people say ill give you a call back within 3 hours...no call back came, phoned again the next day we will get a call back in 10 minutes...noth... read more
They contacted me to cancel first appointment then turned up late 2nd appointment with know apology or ID but his driving license...ehhh avoid...
Please please please stay away from the company if you know what’s good for you. My elderly parents got into a contract with them and I’ve been trying to extract them from it for six months. They don’t answer the phone. If they do they tell you the department you need to speak to is not a available. They say they will ring you back and don’t. The contract was finally cancelled last December and they are now trying to extort £89 from my parents. These are two severely disabled old people. ADT are bombarding them with invoices... read more
