Not even worth 1 star. I’ve been a long standing customer and the level of service has declined drastically. Pay a lot of money to have the alarm serviced and monitored, however you end up ringing them so many times before an engineer turns up. Sadly their reputation as the best in the trade no longer stands and I am now considering moving away. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ADT.
Paid 36k with disgusting treat, keep asking for money after but no service offered
Avoid at all costs absolutely terrible company. Pathetic service waiting for hours to get through. Issue fraudulent bills and will not credit. .

DO NOT IGNORE, PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING ADT! Like everyone else posting here, I ignored all of the negative reviews, much to my dismay. I have worked with many incompetent companies over the years but ADT really do take the prize for the most useless and unhelpful scam artists going. The level of stupidity is astounding, it should be illegal. Had my security system installed December 2021. By Jan 2022, part of the system was malfunctioning.
