Adrienne is an amazing life coach, she is compassionate and sensitive. I loved working with Adrienne, she is empathetic and intuitive and I felt understood. She was able to guide me through certain rough patches I was going through, by allowing me to assess them myself more clearly and work through them as best suited me. She was great to talk to, and I came out from working with her with renewed energy and feeling optimistic on how to deal with certain issues going forward.
Adrienne is kind, lovely and very skilled at what she does. Since my last hypno session with her, I have been more confident, happy and at peace with myself. I had spent years struggling with unresolved trauma, family issues and bad mental health, 2 sessions with adrienne and I am a different person entirely. I was impressed with my past life hypnotherapy session. I have had a chance to review the recording of the session, several times i add, it has surprised me I listened to my voice and it surprised me the change in pitch and tone with each change if life. I learnt a little about myself and i think there is a lot more to unearth.
