Me and my wife have been a patient of Dr Rivera for 14yrs. He is the best. He listens to u he don’t rush. He himself calls u back with the results of your blood work. Never have a problem getting an appointment. If u want a Dr who cares he is your choice.
Dr. Rivera is always very attentive and takes the time to answer your questions as well as making a personal call with the results of any testing that he has ordered.
Dr. Rivera-Flores is a very knowledgeable, professional physician. He displays sincere interest in your health. We are very pleased with Dr. Rivera-Flores and his staff. We would (and have) recommended this practice.
Being a new patient and new to Florida the entire staff were extremely helpful. They even provided me with specific directions for other testing. I would highly recommend them to others! Which is saying a lot being in the healthcare field myself.
i have been a patient of doctor Rivera for quite a while and i am glad i chose him as my primary doctor. . he is nice and does a good job. both doctor RIVERA and his assistant KIM make a good team...She is most professional., and easy to talk to. actually the whole office staff , in general, are friendly and welcoming.
My third experience was just as good as the first two. The staff and nurses are nice and genuinely friendly. The wait was less than 5 minutes for the doctor. The doctor was caring and compassionate towards my issues. I will definitely visit this office again.
Doctor Rivera is very attentive and thorough. He has a list of solutions at hand and his explanations are easy to understand. He is very dedicated.
My wife and I are very pleased with dr. Rivera-Flores and his entire office. The office staff is always very accommodating at making appointments to accommodate our schedule. Kim is very good and if you have to have a shot, she is good at making them as painless as possible. Lottie is the absolute best at drawing blood — the only person that can stick my wife once and get three tubes of blood. We’re very happy we chose this practice as our primary care facility.
