Dr. Bufkin has an excellent bedside manner. His office personnel are very efficient and knowledgeable, they explained everything that was going to be done to our mother.

Very nice, explains everything well, cares about the patient
He went over my condition so I could understand it. He went over all of the options and told me what he thought I should do. But he left me with the final choice. Tole me several times I could see another Doctor and get their opinion. I told him why when you seeing the best just do what he recommends.

Personally reading all these positive reviews is a shocker to me since the care I got from Dr. Samuel Neuhht was the most unprofessional care I have experienced from a mental health professional but maybe I just got unlucky.
I have been seeing Dr Bufkin yearly to check my aortic root. He is thorough in reviewing all the tests with me and answering all my questions and concerns. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. His nurse, PA, and office staff are also very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Dr. Bufkin is an amazing surgeon! My experience with him and his staff, before, during, and after my bypass surgery was a great experience. I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing his services. From our first introduction, he made me feel comfortable and confident as he clearly explained the procedure and what to expect.
