Had 3 scheduled tele health visit calls and not one did Dr. Goldstein attend. His staff never called to tell me if he was running behind. I called after 10 mins waiting and they told me he’s running behind. This is the 3rd time the call had to be rescheduled, the 3rd time !!! I waited today for 35 mins & when I called again to see what was going on the call service lady informed me that they are closed. What a joke! The doctor and office were always on point. l had a good experience with Dr. Heitman. Him and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Heitman is knowledgeable, respectful, and made me feel very comfortable. l thank him for saving my life and would recommend others to him.
Doctor Cardona is great, but you can’t get a hold of the staff to make an appointment. How about if I was having a heart attack the only way is the hospital to get hold of them and trying to get a refill is almost impossible.
I saw Dr Coleman after struggling with foot pain for almost a year. As a retired surgeon, I thought I could treat myself and was failing. He completely figured this out in minutes. He did a quick and painless office intervention that was fully effective within a few days despite heavy activity levels on my part. He was very pleasant, sympathetic and professional Dr Coleman was fantastic and did not disappoint! His office staff, PA, and office manager where great. 5 stars!!
As soon as he spoke, I knew I was in safe hands. He thoroughly explained the procedure and what I could expect. His friendly nature put me at ease almost immediately and encouraged me to ask those difficult questions. Carol, in reception, was extremely helpful in answering questions and helping me secure follow up appointments from other specialists. If it weren’t for her, I don’t think we would’ve been able to quickly schedule the pulmonologist and hematologist who wanted to see me after being discharged from the hospital. ... read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - WORST PHYSICIAN EXPERIENCE EVER! I am confused regarding positive reviews, because this doctor was extremely unkind, short, and had zero bedside manners with my elderly parents. Walked in and did not even greet, was bothered because my parents desperately requested to see him vs the NP. VERY SHORT - attitude and seemed very bothered. Everyone at the practice is friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Bufkin is an excellent surgeon and has a great bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.
I was told by Dr Serda at my last appt that she would not be prescribing pain meds for me any more no reason given I tried once again to make an appt with a pain management Dr she gave me his name and number I called and they wouldn’t give me an appt because1. She hadn’t sent a referral and they don’t take patients already on meds I was told that Dr Hawthorne knows that 2.
