Patience, knowledge, friendly, and does not rush you
I really liked Dr. Rahi. He was attentive, capable, great bedside manner and good sense of humor-- gave me a fun certificate of completion after my procedure. I felt very well taken care of. 6 weeks out and so far my procedure has been a success. I would highly recommend Dr. Rahi.
Dr. Heitman implaned an ICD in me. He is so kind and respectful. I am so grateful to have had such an experienced surgeon. He is the cream of the crop for sure.
Pre-op 30 minute visit with Dr. Heitman and nurse assistant was relaxed and informative. Was told how critical my situation was, what had to be done, and the risks involved. No pain after by-pass surgery and had an unusually small incision. Worked with only the best associates in the OR during the procedure. Dr. Heitman is a very personable and caring physician, as is his entire knowledgeable staff. No waiting with post-op follow-up visits. Best physician I have ever had and would recommend to all heart patients.
Dr. Francisco is very communicative so is the office. He’s working on getting me back on my feet with out pain.

not one thing good about staff and the doctor
I saw Dr. Goldstein two weeks ago, and since then, it has been an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience. My pharmacy informed me that they needed prior authorization from the doctor for several of my prescribed medications. They’ve reached out multiple times with no success. I’ve personally called Dr. Goldstein’s office four times. Each time, I’ve either been put on hold for over 20 minutes or told that “the doctor will take care of it tomorrow.” That promise was never kept. On my most recent call, I was essential... read more
