He was not in a hurry, or trying to rush me through my appt.I felt he was very thorough & answered all of my questions.
Dr. Francisco and his team gave me excellent care when I fractured my foot due to a fall at home. He was very accommodating and was able to see me the same day I called, assessed the extent of my fracture, and fitted me with a boot to keep my foot immobilized for a few weeks. Dr. Francisco immediately put me at ease and my foot healed beautifully. I highly recommend him and staff.
First thing first the facility is immaculate & clean! The staff works swiftly, very friendly & efficiently. I even received a call after hours to inform me about my needs. Dr. Francisco was quick to hear and slow to speak. That, I loved! We were able to make a plan for future appointments. I’m not going anywhere else!
Same-day appointment with X-rays! Dr. Francisco is very knowledgeable and easy going. The team worked efficiently to get me in and out quickly. They also fitted and gave me a boot same day for my broken foot. Easy and enjoyable visit.
Dr Rahi is very thorough and has helped me immensely! He performed a sling procedure that is working great for me!
He wouldn't see me because I tested positive for Covid. He LITERALLY referred me to an Urgent Care for XRays for Covid! What is a GP if they don't see sick people? Why can't he give me a referral for XRays??? I have to spend 3 times the copay to go to Urgent Care to get a referral because my supposed doctor won't see anybody testing positive for Covid???? He's too good to see me as a patient with an illness? Is he saying Urgent Care doctor's are less than him??? So confusing!?! My doctor refuses to see sick people!!!!!! He w... read more
Had 3 scheduled tele health visit calls and not one did Dr. Goldstein attend. His staff never called to tell me if he was running behind. I called after 10 mins waiting and they told me he’s running behind. This is the 3rd time the call had to be rescheduled, the 3rd time !!! I waited today for 35 mins & when I called again to see what was going on the call service lady informed me that they are closed. What a joke! The doctor and office were always on point. l had a good experience with Dr. Heitman. Him and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Heitman is knowledgeable, respectful, and made me feel very comfortable. l thank him for saving my life and would recommend others to him.
My son fractured his tibula right before his national soccer tournament. Dr. Francisco and all the staff were very attentive, accommodating and extremely helpful. I am so glad we were referred here and I really feel my son is in good hands.
