This was my second visit with Dr Bufkin. All testing was done prior to my visit. The Dr went over the results and did an examination as well. All i can say is that Dr Bufkin is a great doctor and a wonderful human being. It might sound weird but i look forward to the yearly conference with Dr Bufkin.
Always taking care and monitoring my health status. Doctor Duarte did a wonderful job !
It was my great good fortune to meet Dr. Heitman at the physical low point of my life. Dr. Heitman performed an aerotic dissecton, an operation that comes with a 20%-50% mortality rate, based on time since the heart event. I was a healthy 79 year old man but with that age comes more risk. Today, less than a month since my heart event, I am walking testimony to Dr. Heitman's skill. His support group is also top notch, truly inspirig.
This doctor is the worst we have known and experienced. It concerns my aunt, an elderly person, who fell and broke her hand. When we arrived at the hospital, they said surgery was needed. This doctor showed up just five minutes before she was taken to the operating room, without exchanging a word with her or with us, her family. He turned around and said that he would be the one to perform the surgery without providing any details. After the surgery, he merely said, "Everything is fine," and walked away. Dr. Duarte not only met our expectations but he exceeded them. He, as well as his assistants, always had a smile and was very encouraging. They, working together, literally saved my life and you can have confidence in knowing you’ve made the right choice when you choose Dr. Duarte!
From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated very professionally. Usually the front desk is chaotic at most doctor offices but not here. Amanda and Carol were great. Nurse Erin and Rob were thorough and great. Dr. Duarte was very calm and caring and explained everything so well.
Dr. Duarte is very kind and generous with his knowledge. He will answer all your questions and guide you through the entire process. He was superb in surgery (his whole team was). You're in good hands here.
Dr. Bufkin and his team were absolutely wonderful! My aortic valve was replaced and he and his team did an amazing job! I always felt totally at ease from beginning to end and trusted that Dr. Bufkin and his team would take care of me and give me the peace I needed to get through this surgery! I highly recommend him and his team!
