Excellent Doctor and great staff! This Doctor is amazing he really cares about his patients. No matter how minor the problem, if you bring it to his attention he ensures that when you leave you have an answer. Who calls with your lab results "the Doctor" who does that? I am sure very few if any. He is the first Doctor who has ever called me to provide my lab results and there generally good. The staff they are all wonderful starting from the front desk to the nurse!
Dr. Rivera has been my primary physician since I moved to Ocala and was recommended to me by a person in the health industry. I have found him to be both caring and knowledgeable in handling my healthcare needs. He is proactive in discussing things that he feels I should do to either improve or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whenever any tests are performed, he discusses the results, and the meaning of the results, immediately. He makes me comfortable to discuss any problems with him.

Dr Rivera is a kind and gentle person he listen first to my needs and acts according he explains what sees and hears goes over everything if lab works done by afternoon he personally calls with results BUT before I see the doctor his fine staff put all my needs to rest preparing me for my visit with Dr Rivera I walk in office I am treated with respect I feel like family no noise quite very professional GLAD TO BE A PATIENT OF DR RIVERA HAVE A BLESSED DAY

Dr Rivera and his staff are friendly and help you in all aspects of a visit to the Dr. As the patient, we have the responsibility to let them know our concerns. If they don't get the whole story, they can't treat all your needs. They are very helpful.
Dr. Rivera is the best doctor I have ever had! He personally calls with your lab results every afternoon between 4 and 5.
