If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to this ENT in hopes of getting testing due to some abdominal issues I have been having. Waited over an hour in the waiting room without being acknowledged, was then taken back by his MA who was pleasant. I finally then was able to see Dr. Leon who spent about 2 minutes in the room with me, didn’t acknowledge my concerns, and immediately said even though my symptoms sounded normal, he would order a colonoscopy (I’m only 25 and was expecting some other preliminary testing to avoid such... read more
Dr. Rivera takes the time to get to know you as a person and not as just another patient. His explanations are to the point and he takes a holistic approach to your individual situation.
This team is the best by far. Had a quadruple bypass 11 years ago back on Delaware and the card I received then was nothing compared to the care I received with this team just 4 weeks ago having a double bypass done Highly and strongly recommend this team

Dr. Heitman was very thorough with his pre op briefing. Other medical workers had high praise for him and his expertise.I must say that after the surgery was completed, i feel a wonderful increase in my health.Dr. Heitman's post op explanations were to the point and very informative. You need a bypass, go see this doctor.
Dr Ramirez handles a complication with my surgery with care, compassion and urgency. He treated me as if I was important not just a stop along the way. His dedication to his profession is rare in today’s world. Kind to my family also.
Best Doctor i have ever had.
He was very thorough in describing any points of the test good and bad. He is excellent in reviewing your needs and the next steps to occur. I would definitely use him for all my cardiac needs. Easily a 5 star doctor.
Your secretary hurts me an let me sit only to take blood (a 5 minute job ) more then 1 1/2 hours. I had to leave without a seeing the Dr or Receptionist And we tried it a 2. time with appointment after they called for an earlier time. And it happened again with my wife as a winded They let us wait almost 1 hour or more until we are so tired that we had to leave again. I m sorry for this Dr but to give me penalty for what ever is not the correct way l Never again Dr. Kasabian
