Recently had Adrian out to repair a bit of carpet damaged by a large plant pot. He was prompt to respond to my query, gave good sound advice and a fair and reasonable quote and communication was good throughout. He turned up on time, was very personable, and carried out an excellent job to a high standard. I'd have no hesitation in using his services again or recommending him to others.
I asked for a quote to fit carpet that id already purchased, he sent me a minimum call out fee. I thanked him for the quote but said I’d been quoted cheaper elsewhere, to which I had a very unprofessional and arrogant response to.
Brilliant service, lovely guy. Fitted my carpet on my large stairs and landing in 31 degree heat. The carpet looks amazing, good quality. Super impressed, thank you 😊
This company was recommended to me by a very fussy friend. I must say Adrian is the most helpful person, he moved mountains for me and has the patience of a saint. I have had the pleasure of his skills on 3 separate occasions and will continue to use the company for any future flooring needs.
