Absolutely unacceptable experience. I paid £99 for an item that was never delivered. DHL confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address and advised the seller to raise a claim — they refused and ignored every message I sent. No refund, no responsibility, no response. eBay closed the case based on misleading tracking, leaving me with no support. This company has shown zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.
