The worst doctor and staff in town every time I call up I have an argument with the people on the phone they flat out told me they won't let me schedule an appointment because they don't need to see me

I needed a primary care and was sent to Dr Muhsin for a serious neck issue. After x-rays I was told to deal with it, it is arthritis. I can hardly hold my head up and my arms are numb. I went to the Rockford Spine clinic and was helped immediately! Thanks for nothing KSB.
