Worked at this dump for a month before quitting! At all costs, seriously avoid working for this company. As a customer, if these jokers call you, hang up! The staff are dreadful and rude. they state on the job description that you need to not have any experience & then thrust you into a weeks "training" where you listen to calls all week. I was called by a subsidiary company 'shoe lane press' for magazine subscriptions. I reluctantly accepted a trial copy but had a £40 direct debit taken despite not receiving any magazines. I tried for refund but was told it was past date for refund. Do not engage with this company or its subsidiaries!
I was called by a subsidiary company 'shoe lane press' for magazine subscriptions. I reluctantly accepted a trial copy but had a £40 direct debit taken despite not receiving any magazines. I tried for refund but was told it was past date for refund. Do not engage with this company or its subsidiaries!
DO NOT FALL FOR THERE SCAMS they have taken 40.99 out of my account which I gave NO permission for I have made a appointment at my local trading standards, tried to contact them with no joy and the email address they leave is invalid think it is disgusting that in these hard times that a company can take advantage.I have rang my bank and cancelled this direct debit. But I will not just sit back and allow this behaviour.
