RecommendedDefinitely worth a visit! So relaxing and the atmosphere is perfect. The owners are very friendly as well.
A nice retreat close to home! It doesn’t even feel like you’re in there for 45 minutes! We didn’t schedule an appointment and were still able to get in at the time we wanted so would definitely recommend for walk-in’s. It’s a cute little place that’s close enough to the interstate that you can’t miss it.
Very informative worker educated us on all the benefits of being in the cave. Wow !! There were So many benefits!! It was a beautiful and relaxing experience and I felt great afterwards!! I can’t wait to take some friends there with me !!! See you soon !! 0 gravity chairs are Incredible too!!!
We tried this on Valentines day to do something together that was relaxing. We both enjoyed it very much and look forward to enjoying it again.
I would recommend going and relaxing at the Adirondack breath easy salt cave. It was a great way to spend 45 mins to relax.
This is my second time at the salt cave, 3/24 and I felt great afterwards. It really helps with my anxiety and it is so relaxing. I can't wait to go back and I recommend everyone to go and try it.

We visited the salt cave today. It is very relaxing. The sessions are 45 minutes. In that time my sinus opened and my breathing was much better. I highly recommend visiting.
Had our first session this week. What a relaxing experience it was. Will be visiting again soon to help control my allergies.
