RecommendedI went for the first time to Adirondack Breath Easy Salt Cave yesterday and I loved it! The cave itself was so peaceful, calming and relaxing. The staff/Owners were very kind and informative and accommodating. So after 24 hours I must say the pain in my knees is practically gone and my psoriasis looks a little better, and I slept much better then I have in a long while. RecommendedThis place is fabulous. I visited Saturday the 24th for the first time, along with my 87yr old mother, and we both were amazed at how wonderful we felt when we left. My mother is on oxygen 24/7 and she said it helped with her breathing.
RecommendedI took my daughter (2 years old) here for the first time for their Sunday 10AM kids session(11/25). She loved it!! We will be going back really soon. I highly recommend no only you go there, but take your kids as well! There are so many benefits and the owners are very nice and welcoming.

RecommendedI recommend the salt caves. They are relaxing and help you with your asthma. I loved my first session. I left there and could breathe alot better. I did the biodetox on 7-6-19 and enjoyed it alot. Never felt better.
