My first trip to Adirondack Breathe Easy! The salt cave was so beautiful and relaxing. Within the first 10 minutes I could feel my sinuses opening! Amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and informative!

What a beautiful sight to be seen. I have read about the salt caves and was very excited to go try it out for myself, especially since I suffer from chronic arthritis. When walking in the young lady was very polite and told me what to expect while in the cave. She then guided me into the cave and told me to go ahead and relax and wait for the the therapy to begin. IT was absolutely beautiful, i relaxed tot he point that i took a quick snooze. I feel wonderful and will be going again
