RecommendedMy husband and I went for a salt cave and bio detox session last evening. This place is amazing. The cave and bio detox rooms are beautiful and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The owner Jess was extremely friendly and knowledgeable letting us know what to expect during our sessions. This place is so relaxing. The cave itself is a work of art and leaves you feeling calm and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this place!
Today was my first experience at the Adirondack Breather Easy Salt Cave, but it won't be the last. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing, and most folks seemed to take the opportunity to nap. In just one 45 minute session my lungs feel clearer. The receptionist was informative and pleasant as she took time to explain the benefits and origins of the Himalayan salt. Highly recommend that you try this out, whether you have respiratory issues or not, it will be a relaxing experience.
I visited the Salt Caves on Sunday 4/7/19 with a friend. It was the opening weekend of the biodetox room and we were both super excited to try it. It was an amazing experience and completely relaxing. The heat from the biomat I sat on felt amazing and any of the aches and pains I had prior to the session had gone away when the 25 minutes were over. It was definitely one of the most relaxing things I have done. I can’t wait to check out the salt cave portion.
Visited the salt cave for the first time today and I'll definitely be back! The whole experience was just so relaxing and rejuvenating. I've suffered from sinus issues all winter, as well as depression. In just today's visit, I felt my sinuses open and so much stress melt away! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. A great addition to our area, for sure!
So relaxing.. we used the salt cave and the Detox room and I definitely felt my dry cough subside. will be back again..
The salt cave should be part of everyone's self care routine! It's a friendly environment and the cave experience will rejuvenate and refresh the body and soul.
It was so relaxing the first time my daughter said I started snoring 😴. Everyone needs a little zen and the salt cave it one of those places to breathe deep and let go of your electronics for a bit.
I have asthma and sinus issues as well as allergies. Last time I went I gained releif from pressure and noticed better breathing for weeks. It's hard to explain, but it was a great feeling. I noticed this within the time I was there too! It's relaxing and comfortable. I am due to go again! Check it out!
