I went to the Salt cave for my first time today and it was amazing. When I walked in I had no idea what to expect. The only way I can describe how my body felt was literally heavy. Tired, stress from an exhausting week, too many things going on in my mind, headache, nauseous from the heat. I’m sure you get the picture. When I entered the cave, I immediately felt peaceful. I have chronic sinus issues. Within 5 minutes of being in the salt cave, my nose was open and I was breathing easily! I love doing the bio detox room first, then the salt cave. I can feel the warmth inside from the bio detox, and it keeps working for hours afterwards.
I went for the first time to the salt cave session. It was wonderful! So relaxing! I will definitely be returning and will tell family and friends about it.
