Business Owner My husband John and I started this business looking for a natural alternative to help our own health problems -- Asthma,COPD, sinus,allergies athritis etc. After researching and visiting dozens of salt caves -- realizing it helps relieve a lot of symptoms personally -- we wanted to share with everybody.

RecommendedEveryone should make the salt cave a part of their routine. It is a great place to go and relax and come out feeling like a new person. Everyone there is very nice and makes sure you feel comfortable when you are unsure. I will absolutely go back often!!

This was such an amazing experience that I will definitely be coming back again for more. I used the salt cave and the bio detox today and felt the benefits of both the rooms. The owners are so very kind and explain it all very well. Definitely worth the travel.

Today was the very first session at the Adirondack Breathe Easy Salt Cave LLC. I had such a wonderful experience! I can’t stop talking about it! It is beautiful, relaxing and a very calming place! They are so kind & friendly and answers any questions you may have also they inform you of the benefits it can have for you. My friend & I went we did both the Salt Cave & the Detox Room.
